U Connect 08 continues the tradition of selecting world-class accommodations for its conference location as we return to the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. The resort is conveniently located in Grapevine, Texas, just six minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Dallas.

Please identify the GS1 US / U Connect 08 room block when requesting a new reservation. NOTE: This group rate can NO LONGER be guaranteed for new hotel reservations or changes to current reservations. However, the hotel will honor the group rate based on availability.

Gaylord Texan Room Rate (BOOK TODAY BEFORE SPECIAL RATE EXPIRES MAY 16th!)
The U Connect 08 group rate at the Gaylord Texan is $194 per night plus tax for reservations made prior to May 16th, 2008. The group rate includes a $10 resort fee that provides amenities such as complimentary 800 calls for the first 20 minutes, high speed internet access, daily newspaper, complimentary in-room beverages, local shuttle service, and fitness center access. All reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit plus tax at the time of making reservations. Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival.
